We have just completed the sale of our house with Barker Stone and I recommend Simon and his team without hesitation. We had initially tried to sell with Savills and had a hugely disappointing experience over several months. Barker Stone was everything that Savills was not - proactive, communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, engaged, interested. Within a week an offer had been made on our house. Simon ensured that the process towards completion was as smooth as possible, communicating with all the other agents and solicitors in the chain. We are so glad that we changed agents and are very grateful to Simon and his team.
