Sovereign Estates provided a very personal touch to the very stressful process of house buying and selling. From the very first phone call, they were friendly, honest and open. This approach continued throughout the process and we really appreciated their transparency. They were very realistic and managed our expectations well, particularly when the budget measures introduced in early October threatened to jeopardise the whole sale! Sovereign Estates responded very quickly to any queries and requests and had excellent local knowledge which they were more than happy to impart. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. We were struck by how Caron and Paul placed a value on relationships and the 'human factor'. All along the way, they kept us up to date and were proactive in following up with us and on our behalf. Caron and the team at Sovereign Estates sold both mine and my partners properties for us in 2016. Speaking about my sale in Berkhamsted, I could not be more pleased to have used Sovereign. Caron was a pleasure to deal with and made communication so easy. She always responded either on email or over the phone so promptly. Caron was on hand through the whole process, the photos her photographer took were excellent. She suggested a viewing day for my type of property and achieved over the asking price from a viewer on this open day. Caron then assisted me through the selling process and excelled when dealing with an unusual issue that cropped up just before exchange of contracts. She liased with both myself and the buyer, as well as both solicitors. Without her help this would have been an extremely stressful issue. I cannot recommend Caron highly enough. The biggest selling point for me in using a smaller estate agent, was knowing all of the team knew my property inside out, and we didn't have "the Saturday boy" doing viewings or answering queries without the full knowledge. From our very first viewing Sovereign Estates were brilliant. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and they really went above and beyond in what at times was quite a fraught process with our seller. Our conveyancing solicitor left a lot to be desired, but Sovereign Estates even supported here, by following up between parties and making sure that actions went ahead. When we come to sell and move again, Sovereign Estates will be the top of our list!

Unlike other agents we have experienced in the past, communication seems key to Sovereign.
