Honestly couldn’t have gone through this buying process without them! First Paul for taking his time with us when it came to viewing the property. No forceful sells we had experienced before, and gave us so much time to really make sure the home was right for us. Then Caron is an actual angel! Abi made us feel at ease from the moment we met which is so important when making such a big step in moving home. After we had offered on the property we were looked after by Caron. Caron has been so helpful, running through all manner of detail and giving us her time in order to explain what can be a daunting and challenging process. She has managed to make stressful and difficult situations less so, with her previous experience and just general kind and approachable nature. My experience using Sovereign Estate has been nothing but amazing. Being a first time buyer i was looking for a property for several months, i was in contact with several estate agencies, however once i got in touch with Sovereign Estates i knew from my first call with Caron, Sovereign would be the best agency for me. From start to finish, everything was well explained. Being a first time buyer, buying a house can be quite a daunting process, with so many things to think about along the buying process. From the onset Caron was happy to go above and beyond to explain anything to me and really made me feel like she cared. Thankfully i got an offer accepted on a house that Sovereign had listed. What made putting an offer down for the house easier was the transparency from Caron, on other occasions when i have dealt with other agencies it felt super salesy and the authentic customer service was never there. From getting an offer accept, to finding a solicitor and Mortgage Broker which Caron had recommend to getting the Keys was a smooth process and i knew i could pick up the phone at any given moment and ask any question i had on my mind which really brought ease to this whole experience. We have used Sovereign Estates before selling my Mother in Law’s house and have had an excellent experience both times. Their approach is friendly but professional, communicating the state of affairs clearly and responding speedily to the all too frequent problems that crop up in selling a property. Other Estate Agents that were part of our chain were frankly useless and Caron and her team stood head and shoulders above the rest.
