GoogleWe used Oakleys for our recent sale (and Purchase). We were extremely happy with the excellent service they provided. From the initial well informed valuation meeting with Gemma, through to dropping off (and picking up) our keys on move day, we were constantly kept up to date with appointments and updates. We have moved a few times and this was our first time using Oakleys. I can honestly say that their service if far above and beyond other estate agents. They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. The marketing of our property was excellent and we decided to have the video done of our home that we were selling which was also great.

GoogleMichael and the team did a great job in sometimes fraught circumstances - in fact, they sold our house 3 times in less than 3 weeks of active selling. Realistic advice and valuations, good marketing details and local knowledge all added up. Good, solid communication from everyone on the team right through, and Michael was very hands-on and accessible when the various crunch points came along. Highly recommended, and competitively priced compared to the chain agents.

GoogleIf you think your house sale is going to be a stressful experience why not at least start the process with one of the most professional and calmly run estate agents going, I and my wife used to work for estate agents so have some basis for this judgement. From start to finish Michael Oakley and most importantly his team were friendly, competent and had plenty of advice to help the process. The valuation was sensible and realistic pitching the property at the right level. The sales team familiarised them selves with the property and handled viewings well. The recommended photographer and video specialist made the features of our property stand out without making it seem something it was not. When it came to the sale negotiation Michael obtained a price above our expectation. All well and good but until the contract is signed the deal is not done. Oakleys arrangements where their sales progressor is dedicated to the task rather than also being involved in sales or other admin tasks comes up trumps putting other agents to shame. Throughout the process Michael kept us informed with excellent communication often in the evening when he had more time to discuss how things were going. If you are thinking that all of this service was for a multi million property, I wish! Oakleys are as professional for a modest house as a mansion. We can't recommend Oakleys highly enough, as it happens a number of our friends were also considering moving and they have all decided to use Oakleys on our recommendation - you should too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The photos plus the description of the property were expertly written which I felt contributed to the fact that on the first viewing the property was sold. Add this to the fact that every member of staff, including Michael Oakley went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale went through and all parties were dealt with in a calm and considerate manner.. I cannot praise them highly enough and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property, smoothly, efficiently, and with all the support that is needed when dealing with a property sale/buy.

GoogleAfter many unproductive viewings with another estate agency we turned to Oakleys for help to sell our home and were immediately impressed by the service and direction we received. Michael proposed a new approach and plan to market our property that gave us almost instant results, suddenly we were getting viewings from people who were a great match for our home and the offers soon came in! Oakleys have a fantastic team all round but in particular I’d like to call out Gemma whose knowledge and friendly professionalism was invaluable when negotiating the sale agreement, and Donna for her support during the sales progression, Donna was a source of clarity, calmness and wise experience during what can be a rather convoluted and stressful process! Thanks again to Michael and all the team, I highly recommend their services for anybody wanting to market their property in the local area, we dealt with many agencies during the marketing process and our experiences showed us that Oakleys are the right team to put your faith in. GoogleOakley’s did a really nice job supporting the sale of my parents property. They were sensitive to the emotional as well as financial nature of the transition. Achieved a good/fair price and the post sales service was excellent. The whole Oakley's team were great with my parents. Moving home after 41 years is much more than just a financial transaction, and while staying properly focused on the business to be done people seem to have always remembered that.
