GoogleI have used a number of Estate Agents in the past and I can honestly say Nash Partnership was by the far the best I have experienced. They had my house under offer in less than 2 weeks and the sale process which was managed by Tracey the Office Manager was first class, she was always available to answer any questions and in term dealt with. Recommended 100% and I will be using them again in the future.

GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending Nash Berkhamsted to potential sellers. Their market assessment was spot on, the house and garden details looked gorgeous and we accepted an offer within a week of the property being marketed. That we completed seven months later is no reflection on Nash. Tracey, Sue and Mo are a delight to work with and when the going got tough were supportive and proactive. We were particularly indebted to Tracey for her tenacity in helping to get the deal over the line. Thank you Nash.

GoogleWe have just recently moved into our new home which we bought through Nash Partnership. We also sold our property through Nash at the same time. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nash. All of the team couldn’t have been more accommodating at all times, and were always very responsive to our emails and calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also really welcomed their advice and thoughts on various aspects of both the selling and buying process, and they were always knowledgeable and informed. We would definitely recommend Nash to other sellers and buyers, they were great to work with.

GoogleIt’s always daunting choosing the right estate agents to market and sell what is likely to be most peoples biggest asset. Trust and professionalism are the number one requirements and Nash ticked all of the boxes and more. Each member of the team were not only this, but also enthusiastic, friendly and supportive through what can be a most stressful process. They were always quick to give feedback after viewings and were proactive throughout the selling process, constantly pushing things along. Nash came to us highly recommended and did not disappoint on any level. A totally positive experience from a lovely team of people.

They have been in the business a long time and have polished every detail. The staff are a tight team, who blend their various roles together seamlessly, leading to a trouble-free, efficient, excellent and timely outcome for everyone. A special mention to how well they communicate at every stage of the process - not just with clients but with each other - so that you can ring any member of this team and they will know exactly what is going on at every moment. This smooth efficiency even extends to weekend viewings - everyone who shows prospective buyers around will be thoroughly and completely briefed on every aspect of your house. This team is so memorable that it is difficult to exaggerate their excellence. The only problem is that we have moved away and are in despair at the thought of now having to deal with any other agent. Full marks to Nash Partnership. Unequivocally the best!

GoogleMy house sale was not straightforward, and that is not at all a reflection on Nash Partnership, who helped me through what felt like the most problematic process in the world thanks to having a buyer from hell, and some serious hitches with buyer no.2! The team at Nash is professional and genuinely caring. They are very lovely to work with and want the best for their buyers and sellers. Communication throughout was proactive and I am happy to declare that my property has been sold thanks to the Nash team.
