GoogleAfter a long and sometimes frustrating search we have just completed on a property in Berkhamsted. The team at Nash Partnership, Berkhamsted could not have been better. We dealt mainly with Mo and her warm, friendly and caring approach coupled with her professionalism and efficiency smoothed out what could have been a traumatic experience. Instead it was seamless. A big thank you to Mo and the team . We cannot recommend you highly enough .

Throughout the process, from the initial visit from Sue to value our property, through the incredibly quick sale, then onto Tracey, with a little of Mo thrown in for good measure, we only have positive and good things to report... They were each able, and prepared to go the extra mile for us, whatever the question or situation requiring action. GoogleAfter a shaky start with another agent we chose Nash to sell our home in Berkhamsted - what a good decision! Mo and Tracey in particular went above and beyond to not only find a vendor for us, but to ensure that our chain didn't collapse and that we completed on schedule. I cannot recommend Nash highly enough.

GoogleWe were very glad we chose Nash Partnership to sell our house in difficult trading conditions. Sue, the selling agent, and her colleagues were very professional and persistent and they kept us well-informed throughout the long negotiations. Even more, Tracey, whose job is to chase buyers' solicitors and make sure things keep moving along, was brilliant. We felt very confident that everyone in the agency knew the circumstances of our sale and how things were progressing and in the end the sale went through trouble-free and at a good price. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleWorking with Nash genuinely felt like a partnership whereby we were on the same side. This is of course how it should be but hasn’t been my experience from prior house moves and working with different agents whereby I always felt they were acting solely in their own interests and I always felt suspicious and uneasy. Through the entire process from listing to completion, no one was more proactive in chasing buyers, sellers, agents and solicitors than Nash themselves. In the end I found myself calling Nash rather than my solicitor for updates (and I had a great solicitor)! All their agents are genuinely lovely people, always happy to speak at length and would hit the right balance in contacting me to give frequent informative updates without pestering. They were Honestly fantastic to work with and I can’t think them enough for everything they did for us. Thanks a million for everything!!

GoogleMo, Tracey and Sue really have put in so much effort over several months. Firstly to find us a buyer, then to help get the sale over the line. We really can't recommend them too highly. The team are very professional and honest. Mo in particular gave us a lot of advice on how to make the flat stand out.

GoogleI have recently sold through Nash Partnership and am very happy to add my recommendation. Top rate communication, from the initial valuation with Sue Parker, when I received an asking price offer within less than a week, through to the tenacity and hard work of Tracey Gomm, Office Manager, we completed the process in under 16 weeks. Tracey has a way of making you feel she is working solely for you, even though she is probably holding together numerous sales at the same time! I know this process is costly, but I cannot believe the competition achieves the same high standard of personal service.

GoogleWonderful helpful estate agents.They were always prepared when escorting or meeting you at viewings, never offering a hard sale. Always tried to establish your needs so the right property could be recommended.Once a sale had been agreed they were marvellous at holding our hands to the point of exchange. Would totally recommend them.
