GoogleNo fault of our agent but we, unfortunately, had a very difficult sale process including a long, complex and opaque chain. However, Alex was always efficient, competent and incredibly persistent. Thanks to her and the team we finally got there. Many thanks. David...

GoogleNot only did Chris, Alex and team help us to find our new home (which in itself was an almost impossible task!) but their professional yet reassuring manner made the entire selling/buying/moving process painless and stress free. We can not recommend Fine & Country Berkhamsted highly enough. Selling and buying homes is a precarious and daunting time but we got lucky when we called Fine & Country, thank you so much.

GoogleI found all the staff at Fine & Country extremely helpful with the sale of my house. They always kept me up to date with viewings and progress once my house was under offer. Alex made the whole process stress free which meant from start to finish the house was sold very quickly with any problems smoothed out by Alex and Chris. I can thoroughly recommend them as an Estate Agent

GoogleWhat an outstanding review from Liz Baranov! BUT as she is the accountant to Fine & Country Berkhamsted and her husband is a co-director of a company of which Jan Foo is also a director, ask yourself the question: Is this review an objective, impartial and unbias opinion or an obvious piece of marketing by a friend and business associate? Not a particularly useful review in my opinion.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Alex at Fine & Country. She took time to understand what we wanted and only showed us properties that she knew we would be genuinely interested in. She found our perfect house and fought hard for us to secure it in these challenging times. She was honest and professional and we really felt we could put our trust in her to represent us during negotiations. GoogleFine & Country acted for me with the search and then purchase of my new home in a Berkhamsted. From introduction to conclusion and then to my move into my house, their team were so easy to deal with. The process was clear, efficient and friendly throughout and every aspect of communication worked like clockwork. All their team were hi to speed with my transaction so there were no delays. If you want personal attention, clarity and a professional touch, look no further - alternatively go elsewhere! Excellent and fully recommended! Nick H
