I have very much enjoyed working with Haart and in particular Jordan Fairchild. I choose Haart because Jordan was the most charismatic and confident negotiator out of the three estate agents I had round that Friday afternoon. I almost cancelled Haart initially because they were the third appointment and by then I was happy with either of the other two. I only saw Haart because Jordan was motivated to get to me at a more convenient time. Jordan told me everything I needed and expected to hear from an experienced estate agent. He reassured me on all my concerns. I also really liked his marketing strategies. Jordan’s ideas were insightful and promoted my property to the front of the pack. Haart are a little more expensive but the service and professionalism I received from Jordan was second to none. Jordan made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend Haart, Benfleet to anyone and add if you would like your property sold quickly, with minimal fuss, using swift and professional guidance, then look no further than Haart. They are worth every penny.

We had our property marketed with another agent for over a year unfortunately wasn't impressed with the service. However we decided to bring Haart Benfleet on board to try and help us get sold. By far the best decision we could've made!! A massive thank you to Jess in particular who we have mainly dealt with. She has always been, reliable, helpful and made sure the process has run as smooth as possible. She was always happy to do the viewings which is something we didn't experience with our other agent, and she made sure she was always early and prepared. We had 2 offers on the table one from each agent both at £300,000 in the end. Jess's offer came in no where it needed to be, however she managed to negotiate it up to where we wanted it and we are over the moon!! We purely went with Haart Benfleet down to Jess's customer service, even though Haart is the more expensive agent - they're second to none! Huge thank you to Jess and all the team at Haart!

Jess has been the consummate professional dealing with the sale of my property. She has kept me up to date on everything and checking in regularly, doing all the hard work for me! It has not been an easy move to deal with at all, but Jess has handled it so professionally and made it easier for me on days when it has been especially hard going! We have recently put our property on the market with Haart. A recommendation through and friend and I must say the level of service we have received so far has been outstanding. Within a day we had Danielle and Terri calling us up, requesting for people to come and view our home! Luckily we have found a buyer within 10 days of it being on the market! The team at Haart have had fantastic communication with us along the way so far and we are very pleased with the level of service we are receiving. I didn't sell through Haart I was a purchaser. I must say that I had a difficult purchase but through no real fault of Haart. They were very active in trying to keep the process moving forward, some (like solicitors) would say too keen, however I would say they were keeping everyone on track which is what you need with the process. In particular James and Jason kept their heads trough the difficulties and gave adequate reassurance of everyone's positions and kept everyone up to date. I haven't had good experiences with estate agency's who normally seem to just want the money and don't really care about giving the best service. Considering they weren't "working" for me I do feel they had my best interests at heart which was reassuring during a difficult sale. I have even invited them round to look at the house once all the changes have been made because I feel that they were genuinely interested in not just selling the house but who was buying and the story that goes with a life changing event.
