We recently used Your Move to sell my dad’s house, which was a difficult and emotional time for me, my brother, and my sister. David and Stephen were brilliant from start to finish. Although there were a few hiccups along the way (none of which were Your Move’s fault), everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole process far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A great service from YourMove Belper. This is the second time we have used them to sell our house. The first time, they sold our house within 5 days, and just recently sold our house within 10 days. Stephen was brilliant all the way through the process, going above and beyond with pushing things through. I found both Stephen and David so helpful, and always on the end of the phone when I needed to ask questions. The brochure/photos were really good, and the fees were very reasonable too. All in all, I can’t fault them in any way, and seriously wouldn’t consider using anyone else. 5* all round! Thank you! 🤩

Stephen at Your Move Belper. Managing a move with clients 300 miles away. Stephen came into our lives At a point, we were incredibly despondent having had a really difficult experience with another Estate agent company. We were damaged goods and should have been marked handle with care. From our first conversation, Stephen showed up. The first incredible difference for us was he was reachable- No 30 min holds or automated service or leave a message and will call you back: He would answer the phone or if he was an appointment, he would call you back at the very moment he became available. This was consistent and a world of difference from our previous experience. Stephen listened to our tale of woe and was both empathetic and constructive. Anything he didn’t know- He would find out and he did call us back back, unlike other companies. He helped us to problem solve going and beyond. He was in it all with us. He helped us to find and facilitate access for work to bring the house to standard. And perhaps the biggest miracle he made the sale before the photos were even taken! We didn’t have to go through the stress of viewings because he knew there Was someone looking for exactly what we had. Even with the surprise Hurdles thrown in by solicitors Stephen took the time to check and update wherever possible. Now Stephen will say ‘Oh I didn’t really do much.’ But he did, he saved our sanity. He made us feel supported not completely alone. And crucially where another company had basically no interest in making the sale -to the point we were ready to give up- Stephen helped us rally and fix the problems making my mum money when the other company wanted her to take an 80k loss. If you are looking to sell in Belper - Do it with Stephen. Anyone else is just not good enough- You deserve the best!

From the first viewing with David who was very knowledgeable about the property, what was included, what wasn't etc and Stephen who was our main contact during the purchase. Both David and Stephen have been a great help with getting the purchase over the line when there were some delays due to miscommunication from the sellers solicitors . Incredibly rude member of staff here, "Steve". Have viewed more than one property with this branch over the years and this guy feels he can question me as to why I'm moving? Viewed an empty property that was for sale wiith one of the rental staff. Kitchen was under 2 inches of water and staff member knew nothing about the property because sadly she was covering from rentals. I asked many questions and was told they'd get back to me with answers via email. No response received. 3 days later I'm rang for "feedback" on my visit? I asked the questions again and was treated with boredom and passive aggressive responses. You either want to sell property or you don't. Overpriced houses, which is born out by the time they take to sell.Rude member of staff. **Edit*** With regards to your response David I had sopping wet socks, so the kitchen definitely had a large amount of water in it over at least half the floor , though you are quite right, i didn't have a tape measure with me, so it may have been an inch?. No warning or apology was given. Whether Sara went back to the office or not is not the issue. Steven rang me and asked for "feedback" whilst not even acknowledging I'd asked for more information.? When I asked about answers to my questions from Friday( this was the first thing I asked) he seemed to have no knowledge of them and yet again there was no apology for the complete lack of customer service. Asking the general public what they feel a property is worth and then not commenting on what they say is a pointless exercise. If properties are languishing on the market for months and in some cases half a year at a time, they are overpriced. I have no interest in the property because of the problems with your office, which seem to be ongoing.
