Best Estate Agents in Lanarkshire!!

Cannot recommended LLEA highly enough. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. The initial valuation was carried out promptly and we were advised of our options. Our home was marketed perfect with stunning photographs and videos. There was a great online campaign on social media. The viewings were carefully managed and we received regular feedback throughout. The team at LLEA reassured our concerns at each stage of the process and kept in regular contact. Great Presentation and Service

Lanarkshire Law pulled out all the stops for us to ensure perfect service from the start. They really complimented our presentation of the flat and did it great justice with thieir pics and video presentation. We had lots of viewers in one week and at closing date we had 5 great offers. Fantastic experience from day 1!

From our first meeting with Alison, we felt confident we had made the right choice in estate agents! Having never sold a house before, we had lots of questions which Alison and the team were always happy to answer. We were delighted with our marketing material and how quickly our house hit the market. Hugh did most of our viewings which really took the pressure off and he ensured he shared feedback with us as soon as he could. A pleasure to deal with

From the start the staff have been helpful and have made a point of keeping in touch at least once a week. I mainly dealt with Kelly, who is a delight to deal with, but all of the staff I have spoken to have been helpful and genuinely seem interested in me as a person. Kelly made an effort to find out what sort of property I was looking to buy, as well as dealing with the sale of my property, keeping me informed of suitable properties coming onto the market and helping me find my new home too. They are genuinely a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend them to anyone as they make the usually stressful process of selling your property much less stressful.

A truly first class service throughout combined with reasonable service fees. If I ever had an issue or wished some advice Lynn, and the team were on hand to assist. They assured me throughout and explained clearly the options I had in front of me.The team moved fast from my initial contact the house was marketed within the week and sold within the week for above the home report. We are selling our house and I cannot recommend LLEA highly enough. We decided to go with them as we were so impressed with them from the minute Hugh came out to value our house. The whole team are just the loveliest bunch of people who can’t do enough for you, so professional, honest and reliable. They sold our house in a matter of days of it being on the market for a fantastic price well above home report.
