If I could give more than five stars

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This phenomenal team has now sold three properties for our family in just six months, making what is usually a stressful process completely seamless. Alison leads an absolutely amazing branch with incredible expertise. Lynn handles every client in such a great personal manner, while Hugh is fantastic at managing all the viewings. Together with Kevin, Kelly Ann, Rio, and Yvonne, they are remarkably proactive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone considering selling in the Lanarkshire area. Highly recommend

We have just purchased a property and sold our own home with Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents. From the first free valuation meeting, to seeing the sold sign in the garden, took less than 2 weeks. The whole process has been so easy and has really taken the stress away from what is such a stressful time. Everyone on the team is so lovely to deal with and very helpful at keeping you updated through each stage, answering all our questions and made us feel at ease with it all. Alison is such a warm and friendly person, always at the other end of the phone (no question too silly to ask!) and nothing was too much trouble. Top class estate agents from start to finish, their service was second to none. I am in my 80s and nervous at deciding to move home at my age but Kevin put me at ease taking time to explain the whole process to me and guiding me in the right direction when putting in an offer in for a new property. All the girls in the office were so patient with me, especially Kelly who talked me through all the offers received and helping me decide what was the best option for my circumstances. Wow wow wow ! Sold my flat within 1 week of it going on the market, the team at Lanarkshire Law fetched a great price and marketed my property to a wide reaching audience. The demand and interest absolutely blew me away. But what blew me away more, was just how responsive, caring and customer focused the staff were at every step of the journey. People like Yyvonne, and Kerryann in the office, and my Estate Agent Hugh. Fantastic service

From the start of the process the staff were fantastic. We both had a fantastic experience working with LLEA for both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. Straight talking, knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with!

From the moment I met Hugh at my property to discuss the sale I knew we would be doing business together. He was straight talking, knowledgable and took the time to understand my concerns etc. I then moved through the process to Lynn who was really bubbly and again took time to really understand my sale and all the moving parts. I knew exactly what was going on at every step of the process and Lynn was really kind with her time chatting my options through so that I fully understood the process. Finally Yvonne negotiated my sale, she was fab! Very personable, straight to the point and worked really hard for me. I would highly recommend the team at Lanarkshire Law Estate agents. I got a great price for my property, the service was hassle free. Literally dropped the keys off with them and a week later the property was sold.

From the start all staff have been very professional, helpful and couldnt be any more friendly than they are. They have kept us up to date with every detail and anything we needed to know they explained straight away. Going into the office was like walking into a room full of friends, each and every one of them could not be nicer , they all make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't rate LLEA highly enough! Everyone will say selling your house is stressful however the team are so bubbly and friendly it really will take all of the stress and worry away. I knew that if I ever needed to call and ask any questions they would be more than helpful- but Kelly Anne was constantly calling keeping us up to date. I felt really informed about our viewings throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. Taking care of the viewings was a massive bonus for us- with a busy work schedule it was just so easy to do it this way. A special mention to Alison, Kelly Anne, Lynn and Kevin who all made the process so easy for us (and also the photographer who was outstanding). Brilliant service

LLEA managed the marketing and sale of our home. They were brilliant start to finish. Initially Hugh visited our property to carry out a valuation which was spot on with what the home report came back as. Everything was carried out quickly as the team were aware we were keen to sell as soon as possible. Our property sold after one week on the market and we received multiple offers the day after viewings. The professional photos were a huge advantage in securing viewings. This was our first time selling and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and were always happy to answer any questions we had.
