Professional and slick, but with that all important human touch.

The quality and efficiency of the services provided by LLEA when purchasing a new home and selling my flat have been exceptional. Ten out of ten for customer care! I particularly liked how well they all worked together as a team with confidence, knowhow, and a wealth of experience. They really know their stuff! The marketing photos and video (the Oscar goes to Donna!) for the sale of my flat were in a league of their own - much more professional and slicker than similar sales pitches I have seen done by other estate agents. My flat sold on the first day of viewings at well over the home report value. Thank you so much Donna, Kelly Ann, Rebecca, Alison, Hugh, Kevin and Yvonne for your support and the warm human touch that takes so much of the stress out of buying and selling a property.

My dad decided to sell his house and we contacted Lanarkshire Law. Hugh came out and went through everything with us and explained the procedure thoroughly. We were kept informed of all the viewings and progress along the way. Hugh and the friendly staff in the office were always on hand to answer any questions we had. I approached Lanakshire Law Estate Agents as I liked the idea of them dealing with selling and legal aspect of my property. We have recently sold within 1 week. I've had dealings with numerous individuals within Lanarkshire Law, Hugh carried out evaluation, Alison kept in touch until the house went on the market and then Kelly Carried out the viewings for us and kept me up to date with Buyers feedback etc. I have had a great experience so far, very professional and staying in contact on a regular basis so you know exactly what stage in the process we are at. Took all the stress away!

LLEA took away my stress and worry completely and made the whole experience pleasant. Cannot recommend Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents more. We had a complicated situation with the selling of our house and Kelly was always on the other end of the phone to update or advice. My experience with Lanarkshire Law was excellent from start to finish. First met with Hugh who was professional and knowledgeable and had did his research on the area and previous sales.
