We recently engaged Lanarkshire Law to sell 2 of our properties. One of the main reasons for using Lanarkshire Law was that they provided both the estate agents and conveyancing service in house. From initial contact (Marnie) valuation (Hugh) through to completion (Stuart, Yvonne & Karen) we found all the personnel to be both competent and professional. The daily feedback we received was invaluable and reassuring. We won’t hesitate to use Lanarkshire Law again in the future.

I was delighted with the service from Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents, they have that personal touch which helps, if in my position you are selling your mother's home after she has passed away and letting go your family home. They made the process so easy and kept me up to date every step of the way. I will certainly be recommending their services to friends and family and colleagues.

As a first time seller, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, however The Team (Marnie, Hugh & Yvonne) were a god send. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone, even if you are outside Lanarkshire to get in contact with the Team. I even used their in-house solicitors which saved me a lot of time and effort as they just worked hand in hand with each other. 👍

First experience

First time using the Estate agents and I would highly recommend. The team are efficient and always kept me updated with viewings with a confirmation text and email. Fab service from the whole team, kept me motivated when viewings began to dwindle. They were right as sold my house in just over 2 weeks.
