Top class estate agents from start to finish, their service was second to none. I am in my 80s and nervous at deciding to move home at my age but Kevin put me at ease taking time to explain the whole process to me and guiding me in the right direction when putting in an offer in for a new property. All the girls in the office were so patient with me, especially Kelly who talked me through all the offers received and helping me decide what was the best option for my circumstances. Thank you again to the whole team. You have helped me so much.

Straight talking, knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with!

From the moment I met Hugh at my property to discuss the sale I knew we would be doing business together. He was straight talking, knowledgable and took the time to understand my concerns etc. I then moved through the process to Lynn who was really bubbly and again took time to really understand my sale and all the moving parts. I knew exactly what was going on at every step of the process and Lynn was really kind with her time chatting my options through so that I fully understood the process. Finally Yvonne negotiated my sale, she was fab! Very personable, straight to the point and worked really hard for me. I would highly recommend the team at Lanarkshire Law Estate agents. I got a great price for my property, the service was hassle free. Literally dropped the keys off with them and a week later the property was sold.

Paul was great when selling our home and everything was organised efficiently from start to finish. Paul carried out all our viewings and kept us up to date regularly. From the start all staff have been very professional, helpful and couldnt be any more friendly than they are. They have kept us up to date with every detail and anything we needed to know they explained straight away. Going into the office was like walking into a room full of friends, each and every one of them could not be nicer , they all make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. When you decide to sell your home and buy another home it is one of the most stressful things that you do but LLEA make everything so much easier from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help from Estate Agents.

I couldn't rate LLEA highly enough

I couldn't rate LLEA highly enough! Everyone will say selling your house is stressful however the team are so bubbly and friendly it really will take all of the stress and worry away. I knew that if I ever needed to call and ask any questions they would be more than helpful- but Kelly Anne was constantly calling keeping us up to date. I felt really informed about our viewings throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. Taking care of the viewings was a massive bonus for us- with a busy work schedule it was just so easy to do it this way. A special mention to Alison, Kelly Anne, Lynn and Kevin who all made the process so easy for us (and also the photographer who was outstanding). Would absolutely recommend LLEA to anyone looking to sell their home.

Brilliant service

LLEA managed the marketing and sale of our home. They were brilliant start to finish. Initially Hugh visited our property to carry out a valuation which was spot on with what the home report came back as. Everything was carried out quickly as the team were aware we were keen to sell as soon as possible. Our property sold after one week on the market and we received multiple offers the day after viewings. The professional photos were a huge advantage in securing viewings. Professional and slick, but with that all important human touch.

The quality and efficiency of the services provided by LLEA when purchasing a new home and selling my flat have been exceptional. Ten out of ten for customer care! I particularly liked how well they all worked together as a team with confidence, knowhow, and a wealth of experience. They really know their stuff! I approached Lanakshire Law Estate Agents as I liked the idea of them dealing with selling and legal aspect of my property. We have recently sold within 1 week. I've had dealings with numerous individuals within Lanarkshire Law, Hugh carried out evaluation, Alison kept in touch until the house went on the market and then Kelly Carried out the viewings for us and kept me up to date with Buyers feedback etc. I have had a great experience so far, very professional and staying in contact on a regular basis so you know exactly what stage in the process we are at.
