Mr Purewal . Your negative review is totally unwarranted. You have breached the terms of your tenancy on many occasions and have sub let the property without consent. Tenancy only accommodates 4 adults. You have had up to 12 adults in the property. This has been verified by the surrounding neighbours . Before being evicted you have moved out and left the property in a totally unacceptable condition.

GoogleI urge extreme care if you decide to rent a property through Rathods. Huge prices for securing a property (e.g. - £170 for printing a tenancy agreement!!!), questionable maintenance, minimal ethics, little regard for tenant's basic needs (I ended up calling environmental health) and to top it off they tried to hold me to a two month's notice period when the law states one! If you have to use them, be extremely vigilant of your rights and make sure you get everything documented. My advice would be to find an alternate property.
