GoogleRight from the first meeting with Gareth Hughes we knew that Ulster Property Services Andersonstown would be selling our family home. His professionalism from the minute he walked in the door left all the other estate agents well behind on how to go about selling a house. He had examples of similar houses sold, kept us informed the whole way to the end exceeding way past our expectations for what we thought would be achived selling the house within a week. When I have the opportunity to buy or sell a property again I will not be going past Ulster Property Service Andersonstown. NEWTOWNARDS BRANCH 0/10 for Customer Service!! I cannot stress enough how poorly treated we feel. The treatment by this estate agent has resulted in us taking our house off the market and changing our decision to move at all. We were buying and selling with UPS, we were assured this would make the process easier!! They tried to sell us a new build but issued us with incorrect plans and the builder was building a different house!! They sent emails with floor plan images that said Scale 1:100 but apparently we should have known to ask for a true scale drawing as those images provided were not true!? I stupidly assumed buying a new build I had been issues with such!! They do not consider themselves to be in the wrong at all and although initially said our site fee would be returned they then had the cheek to withdraw fees from it after the builder kindly returned our £1000. They have now removed the “Scale 1:100” writing from the images of site plans on their platforms since our complaint, surely that alone shows they were wrong!!?? We are out a substantial amount of money and are just relived we discovered the mistake before we were any further into the build. I cannot stress enough that if you want to feel supported and well informed throughout the stressful moving process then stay well clear!!!

Kirkland has an amazing reputation in her field because of her no nonsense attitude, her work ethic and core values. We recently worked with her on helping us invest in her platform. Although Mrs Kirkland Tina is known for good recommendation, she took our investment higher under her wing and found her the perfect place that was in her good range. We have used this branch of UPS to buy a property as well as to sell. I highly recommend them in every way. Their communication is excellent, and they are punctual and courteous. Both Thomas and Lara are professional and dependable. I was overseas during the course of much of the sale, but was confident that everything would go well, as the house was in trusted hands.

I am now worth quite a bit of money and own multiple properties in Belfast area. I seen a property I like on UPS for sale but I’d never give them £0.01 commission and this is why. In 2010 my life was at a low ebb and my relationship broke down and I needed to find a house. I went to meet a UPS estate agent at a rental property and the guy totally dismissed me and treated me horribly. He acted like billy big time and was a jerk (calm down lad you earn 20k a year!) . I rang the office a few days later to complain and some snooty manager just laughed. Well guys the laughs on you cause I’ve actively spoke to people considering using you guys and put them off. Enjoy your minus profits.

GoogleUnless your mortgage is through them don't expect much help. I was interested in a property asked what the bidding was up to and was told a completely different price from what the house was actually sold for (which was far less than what they told me).

What a bunch of lazy con artists. As tenants we were treated as lesser humans, told that we must keep our obligations even though they constantly ignored their own contractual obligations to the outside of the building resulting in damage to the property through neglect, sending out amatuer ''handy men'' who pretended to fix problems, but in actual fact did nothing, then attempted to blame the the issues on next door neighbours rather than take responsibility. If i were a landlord i would be suing for the inaction leading to the damage to the property, and as a tenant suing for negligence. STAY WELL CLEAR!!
