Ulster Property Sales Belfast reviews

I have moved house 7 times in 25 years and Ulster Property Sales Andersonstown has been involved in every one of those moves. I can't recommend Gareth Hughes and the team from UPS highly enough. Gareth is a 'gentleman'. He's extremely courteous and professional but also very down to earth and friendly and he always keeps you up to date with everything. There's that added personal touch with UPS Andersonstown which you don't get with other Estate Agents. Gareth is very knowledgeable and you feel very well supported at a stressful time. He will always to his best for his clients going above and beyond. I can't recommend Gareth highly enough. Thanks UPS Andersonstown!

I'd like to share my thanks to Gareth Hughes for his truly excellent service in selling my property. His proactive approach and professionalism are second to none. I had some unexpected delays and complications with selling my property, which Gareth was exceptional at both handling and advising me on - it really took the stress off me. Gareth was open, honest and communicative with me throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend him and the team at UPS Andersonstown enough.

I could not recommend Gareth in UPS Andersonstown enough. From the very first meeting with Gareth in the sale of my house he was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Gareth continuously kept me up to date with developments, always replied to queries I had and went over and above what I believe any estate agents job role is by liaising with solicitors and much more. I cannot thank Gareth enough. I would strongly recommend buying or selling with UPS specifically because of Gareth and the exceptional customer care provided.

The best estate agents in Belfast! (Especially andersonstown road) I had previously had my house on the market with a different estate agent, no viewers in 4 weeks. When I put my house up for sale with UPS I had my first offer in the first week and we are now sale agreed 😁 can't thank Gareth and Stephen enough! …

I couldn't recommend Ups enough, I have used them to both sell and purchase homes in the past. During a recent sale, Gareth was fantastic to deal with, I had complete confidence in his extensive knowledge and expertise. He managed the process exceptionally well, from start to finish, including valuation, viewings and negotiation stage - the service was outstanding. Many thanks! Laura

In my experience, Gareth was extremely professional, efficient and timely in all his communications with me during the sale of a property. A strength I experienced was his ability to follow up on queries and to provide timely feedback. He was helpful in explaining processes and liaising between parties involved in the transaction. I was very pleased with the level of support provided by Gareth, which I consider was beyond 'the call of duty'.

We have bought two houses in the last couple of years and have dealt with Gareth on both cases. He is a consummate professional who realises the pressure you are under and has the patience of a saint in all honesty. I would use him and the company in the future and cannot again thank him personally enough

Was waiting on an apartment going up for rent above me, rang UPS And was told it should be up in a couple of weeks, 2 months later, and constantly checking everyday, on the hour every hour to. Be told it was let, I was extremely disappointed, they told me it was advertised, I told them there was no listings advertised, they put me on hold to check, and 8 mins later told me it had gone to someone that was in need of accomodation! From what I can gather it was given to someone they knew which I think was totally under handed

Recently sold our home with Gareth, he is extremely professional and the customer service provided by him and the rest of the team was excellent. We have worked with Gareth a number of times in the past and wouldn’t go anywhere else as you couldn’t find a better estate agent.
