FacebookJust bought our first house and really have to thank the staff at UPS for helping us along the way. We had previous bad experience with other estate agents after having a sale agreed on other houses so we feared the worst. Luckily the staff in UPS are trustworthy and reliable. Special thanks to Conor and Gareth, I'm sure they're happy we got the house so they don't have to deal with our phone calls anymore :-) Thanks again!

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.

Outstanding service, extremely knowledgeable and went over and above in service. Can't say enough nice things about Mrs Kirkland Tina and her platform! Kirkland has an amazing reputation in her field because of her no nonsense attitude, her work ethic and core values. We recently worked with her on helping us invest in her platform. Although Mrs Kirkland Tina is known for good recommendation, she took our investment higher under her wing and found her the perfect place that was in her good range. My family and I recently rented a house with UPS in Belfast. We found them exceptionally pleasant and helpful to deal with. Any issues with the property were addressed immediately and in an always positive and can-do manner. The lettings team and the team in the Lisburn office were readily available and contactable at all times and immediately responded to any e-mails / phone calls etc. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone in UPS and they really made our experience of renting in Belfast a hugely positive and enjoyable one.
