GoogleI highly recommend Gareth Hughes from UPS A-town branch . Gareth helped me sell my home with ease. Communication was 100% from the UPS team. I have had previous experience with another estate agent which was negative and Therefore i was nervous about the process.. I cannot fault Gareth he offers excellent customer service, i was kept updated throughout the whole process. Thank you

GoogleI highly recommend the Andersonstown branch of UPS and in particular, Gareth Hughes. Gareth is exceptional at what he does. From valuation to getting the house on the market and all the way to completion. Gareth is professional, honest and very friendly. Any questions or queries were answered promptly and Gareth was integral in coordinating all aspects of the sale. Gareth took the stress out of selling our house and was very thoughtful by keeping his eye on the market for something we might like. I highly recommend Gareth Hughes and UPS Andersonstown.

GoogleI could not recommend Gareth in UPS Andersonstown enough. From the very first meeting with Gareth in the sale of my house he was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Gareth continuously kept me up to date with developments, always replied to queries I had and went over and above what I believe any estate agents job role is by liaising with solicitors and much more. I cannot thank Gareth enough. I would strongly recommend buying or selling with UPS specifically because of Gareth and the exceptional customer care provided.

A strength I experienced was his ability to follow up on queries and to provide timely feedback. He was helpful in explaining processes and liaising between parties involved in the transaction. I was very pleased with the level of support provided by Gareth, which I consider was beyond 'the call of duty'.

GoogleWas waiting on an apartment going up for rent above me, rang UPS And was told it should be up in a couple of weeks, 2 months later, and constantly checking everyday, on the hour every hour to. Be told it was let, I was extremely disappointed, they told me it was advertised, I told them there was no listings advertised,they put me on hold to check, and 8 mins later told me it had gone to someone that was in need of accomodation! From what I can gather it was given to someone they knew which I think was totally under handed

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.
