GoogleI sold a house through these guys, eventually, and via pressing the situation myself in a manner that rattled cages. Corrupt, is how to describe UPS Lisburn Road in one word. This is not a UPS wide issue. I have sold a house via UPS Ballyhackamore in the past, and the service there was excellent. Highly professional. In fact they surpassed expectations, hence using UPS Lisburn Road this time. Major mistake. Seems to be a sort of franchise set-up. Brand consistency is poor. If possible to give zero stars, I would. Chancers, cowboys and charlatans.

We have viewed 2 properties with them and are now on their books for any other properties they will have in the area and price range we would like.
