Firstly, as potential purchasers we were kept up-to-date with offers in a supportive but not demanding way and were able to view the property withoout any problems. The service was so good that we asked them to manage the sale of the house also- which again was managed in a very professional and personal way. From the beginning I was given honest and unbiased opinions on the value of my property and I was kept up to date during the whole process with constant communication from the courteous and helpful reception staff and selling agents. They were always willing to accommodate out of office hours viewings and nothing was too much trouble. UPS delivered a highly professional service with excellent customer service, which is becoming increasingly uncommon among estate agents in Belfast. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
