The staff at UPS Lisburn Road couldn’t have been more helpful to us on our emotional journey selling our home of 47 years! From Paddy’s first visit we were put at ease. Paddy consented to our requests which other agents would have denied us. We wanted to do our own viewings because of Covid precautions, we didn’t want a sale board erected and this was not a problem. Lara was a constant source of encouragement when doubts arose and a perfect link between us and our buyers ( our second viewers out of only 3). Even Tom who didn’t know us very well was always available with wise counsel. Thank you Paddy, Lara and Tom for helping smooth what could have been a rough road but which went without a hitch. One just needs to be patient in the process of selling ones home. What we thought would take 2 years took 3 months from first viewing. Would highly recommend the team at UPS Lisburn Road. UPS Lisburn Road I am overly happy with my experience at UPS Lisburn Road. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Every member of the team was amazing to work with. Their dedication to providing top-notch customer service was evident in their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any queries I had. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, exceeding my expectations in every way. I have had the pleasure of working with UPS Lisburn Road for two property purchases. The first was as a first-time buyer, and their guidance and support made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and straightforward. They provided clear information and were always available to answer my questions, ensuring that my first property purchase was a success. The second property I bought with them was a buy-to-let, and once again, their expertise and professionalism shone through. They helped me navigate the intricacies of purchasing an investment property, offering valuable advice and assistance throughout the process. The UPS Lisburn Road location truly stands out for its excellent service and exceptional staff. I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service. Thank you to the entire team for making my property purchases such positive experiences!

This is the second time we have used UPS. Thomas supported us with the sale of our apartment and the whole process was seamless. There is no other estate agents I would consider using other than UPS for selling my property. I would 100% recommend Thomas and the entire Lisburn Road team.
