FacebookBeware absolute joke. I viewed a property which was being advertised by this company the last at the viewing was lovely, however the application form is a total joke. 3 people were to live in the property all 1 family and I’ve been told I would need to fill in the application form for every adult!! I rent 3 warehouses and been renting houses for the last 5 years never come across this. Refused everything as these are first signs of PROBLEMS !!

GoogleI initially dealt with Jonathan when negotiating a price for marketing and selling the property. He was very professional and courteous at all times Also fair to say that Jonathan was competitive in his pricing. Also dealt with Lana regarding viewings and updates. Lana always kept me up to date on viewings and transaction stages. I would have no hesitation using this office again in the future

FacebookNever rent from this joke of an estate agents. All they want is your money! Me and my girlfriend had been getting harassed from our neighbour who was a complete psychopath making false allegations. which the estate agents backed us up with for a while. After a few more harassment emails to Simon Brien they then took her side and decided to evict us which was perfect as we wanted to move anyway, next minute they decide to put a whole claim in for the deposit saying it wasn’t professionally cleaned. I’ve just paid £70 to erase the smell of pets from the house and don’t even have a pet 😂.

Was buying my first home for me and my family. Wife child at 11 and 5 months…went on holiday as we haven’t been over all the COVID experience. To come home and be told that they have giving are home away at an extra 15 thousand pounds. Because we never signed a piece of paper with are solicitor…JOKE and of course All because of money. The greed from this company is not on the owners are multi millionaires who don’t need an extra few thousand pounds ..USE…have left a family coming up to Christmas homeless. Stay clear…..WARNING…hope use are happy.

Facebookdecided in November to downsize my house in comber. called into simon brien office in newtownards and staff there great and so helpful from 1st contact and richard orr called out to my house and all went so well and smoothly after that.dreaded the moving house process but thanks to richard and staff in the ards office my house was sold quickly and the whole moving house went great.now im in a lovely new smaller house 2 weeks now.thank you to richard and staff for all the help given to me in my moving house as totally hassle free.
