Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again 😁

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure working with Martin from reeds rains on the purchase of our new property, His communication was great the whole way through, always giving me wee calls or dropping emails, there was never any pressure to buy or complete the sale, although i didn't need Mathews services in the end he was also very polite and offered help, excellent service !!

The responses to calls and emails were always prompt with friendly, well informed staff. Pat would ring weekly for regular updates and I really enjoyed her genuine warmth and reassuring efficient service.

Tried to sell my house through the Woodseats (Sheffield) branch. They gave me a high valuation. Then, they didn't show it to a single person and blamed it on the high valuation. A deliberate ploy to get the marketing fees etc? I reckon so.

They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.
