TrustpilotVery good service. Very pleased.
We recently moved into a city centre apartment. The process of signing the contract and moving in was pretty stress free especially considering the whole corona situation. Ryan answered all our questions as best to his knowledge and even was able to move us in a day earlier than agreed, so that it would coincide with the bank holiday. Very good service. Very pleased.

TrustpilotThe staff at Reeds Rains are an extremely professional team.
The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

GoogleMartin (and Alan) worked extremely hard to make our sale as smooth as possible. We had 16 viewers and the sale went through £15k over our asking price so we are very thankful to the hard work of those as Reeds Rains for facilitating that! Everyone was a pleasure to deal with especially considering the amount of calls were made during the viewing process! Thanks everyone!
