GoogleMy partner and I met with Sean for a house viewing. He was amazing throughout and answered all our questions with no hesitation. We've registered our interest in the property and hope that all goes smoothly. Quicklet has been extremely helpful so far!

GoogleTop class guidance and support from Sean. Whole thing was very professional and the entire process of viewing was great. We got caught in traffic and he made sure that we'd get our viewing before he left. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to use the company.

GoogleVery professional letting agency. Fast to respond to tenant issues and repairs and their statements are sent out punctually each month in a detailed understandable format . They have reliable contractors available to repair when needed at reasonable cost. GoogleQuicklet have managed my semi-detached rental property in east Belfast for around 10 years. They are always incredibly proactive in getting reliable tenants for the property and, with access to a wide range of tradesmen, they capably deal with all issues in relational to the property with what appears to me is the minimum of fuss. Their record keeping is very efficient, accurate and reliable. Communication is always straightforward and over the years I have had the pleasure of working with Gavin, Sarah, Aimee, Leah and Oisin. GoogleQuicklet have been highly responsive as our letting agents during maintenance issues. They have always been quick to resolve and are constantly ensuring that we as tenants are getting the matter dealt with as urgently as possible. Before we started leasing the property - they spent time to let us look around the property and answered all questions we had given them. GoogleAbsolute scum bags. do not under any circumstances engage with this company, either as a landlord or tennant. 5 years ongoing terrible experience with the Belfast office. extremely rude, and unprofessional. 6 monthly reports ignored for five years. Nothing done about major repairs and basic services. They dont seem to communicate with eachother. And its always someone elses fault. Pathetic

It is never our intention to provide anything less than exceptional service to our tenants and landlords - as can be seen by our previous Google reviews. We understand you were a tenant in one of the properties we manage and although you seem to be advising landlords to avoid our company, you have never experienced this side of the service therefore there is no basis to your recommendation. From a tenant point of view you may have had frustrations with unsolved maintenance issues, however when we took over management of the property you resided in from another agency we did everything in our power to try to resolve issues for you. I am sure you will appreciate that this is challenging for us to do when tenants repeatedly refuse access to our contractors - as was the case in your situation many times. The landlord of the property you resided in was totally aware of all situations throughout your tenancy with ourselves and is content that we acted accordingly, as we do with their whole rental portfolio.
