GoogleThe excellent service we experienced was down to the staff member that we dealt with. Emma McCloy was very diligent, honest, efficient and professional in her dealings with us. She kept us informed and chased up the vendor and his solicitor when we enquired about progress. Purchasing through this estate agent (this agent) was a positive experience.

FacebookI have been renting with property people for about 8 years throughout this time any issues i have had all i needed to do was pick up the phone explain the situation and they were on the ball getting it sorted, all the staff are so lovely and friendly, i would highly recommend anyone looking to rent or even buy to go see these guys they know there stuff

FacebookCompletely useless in general, charging ridiculous cleaning fees on a house that was already cleaner than we found it. Also made us pay for mattress replacement even though we requested the mattresses to be replaced at the start of the year but the landlord refused.

GoogleThe worst agency I have heard of. I would have given 0 star, but unfortunately that's not possible. All they want is to charge money, but whenever you need them, this agency just ignores you. My partner was charged after he left with a cleaning fee for some dirt under the bed. They charge you money for cleaning, but the truth is that they never clean the room for you before moving in, otherwise they would have known that the dirt under the bed has always been there. The room was in such a bad condition when he first got there and he made sure to clean everything before vacating the room. He didn't even have hot water in the shower for weeks and when he mentioned this he was only told that it's the landlord's responsibility to repair this.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI moved into one of their room rentals after a virtual tour & unfortunately, the room was awful. The housemates didn't maintain the house itself so the carpet hadn't been cleaned in months, there was expired food from months & some were from previous housemates from over a year ago, the bathroom had overflowing soiled pads & there were no women living in the house when I moved in. What really annoyed me was that none of this was shown in the virtual tour so it was very, very misleading. I would strongly suggest that you visit their properties rather than just depend on the virtual tours. The room I moved into had a cluster of dead houseflies & wasps around the window, the mattress was filthy, I stayed there for about two weeks before I asked to be moved into another room because it genuinely was a nightmare property. I was convinced to stay by have a slight reduction of my rent to maintain the property but in a house with 3-4 other people who made no effort, it became stressful & exhausting. It's a shame the room rentals are not prepared for their tenants & ensured they are actually ready to be moved into. We are also paying tenants. I do feel that tenants need to be vetted properly & inspections should be done during their tenancy agreements. I know with the current climate, that would be difficult but as things ease, I hope this can be something that is done. I was moved into another room in another property which made things much better & less stressful for me but there needs to be a better structure in place to avoid things like this having to happen. Also, be authentic in your TikTok virtual tours. If the house is filthy or the room is filthy, maybe get the property & rooms cleaned before filming to avoid misleading future tenants.

FacebookCouldn't recommend Property People more. First time moving out and was given the usual warnings about moving in with people I don't know. However it was the best decision I made. From the minute I submitted my application I was well taken care of. I was met by a lovely girl called Niamh who not only showed me the house I had applied for but also a few others in the area within my budget. The same day I made my mind up on the house I wanted and I haven't had an issue. The room was lovely, the other tennants are the best I could have asked for. We don't really have any issues in regards to anything going wrong in the house but when we have needed anything looked at those at Property People organised everything promptly. Huge thank you to all the staff at Property People for making my first time moving so seamlessly smooth!
