FacebookThe worst in Northern Ireland. They outsource work to companies that repair one thing and break four. Four weeks without heating. Over 1.5 years with mold.

GoogleI have had dealt with many estate agents in the past as I own a number of properties and have found Northern Properties customer service first class. There deals and offers are the best around especially in the West & North of Belfast and beyond. It does not take them long finding suitable tenants for my properties. So iam sure if you were selling it would be the same. I would def give them a big thumbs up!

Facebookabsolute joke of a company did very little to sell my property then when we tried to go to another agent tried to charge us for pulling out of the selling of the property even though it was the buyer. don't believe a word they say always have an excuse for their incompetance and try to put the blame on you

I found northern property so easy to deal with and very helpful with my requests I dealt directly with mairead and bronagh and both girls were very professional and so easy to deal with and made the rental experience slot easier I would highly recommend this company to anyonePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWas a landlord with this agent for several years, and found them to be very professional and helpful. Had no problem with finding long term tenants. When I made the decision to sell, they were brilliant, house only on market for few weeks, and sold no problem. Would highly recommend this estate agent for both landlords and for selling properties. Many thanks for all the help during this process.

GoogleTerrible place to rent from and with. Any problems I had where NEVER dealt with, very unprofessional. Anything on my end with my property had to be sorted out quickly. With a young baby and no heating in the property for the first few days it was an absolute disgrace. My eyes where definitely opened renting from these cow boys!!

GoogleBe aware of them. I can't stress this enough. If you are a client not a landlord. It's the worst agency I have ever dealt with in Belfast. When we finally got enought, before we left property it was professionally refreshed. One of their agents came and said it's looking nice. Now there is a problem with deposit. Thankfully we have that conversation recorded.

GoogleWorst letting agents i have ever dealt with.in every sense of the word. Just awful,when you tell them on more than one occasion that there is mould in several parts of the property and all they do is send someone to come round and paint over it,i would choose a different letting agency and fast.glad to be rid of them!!

GoogleProfessional, courteous and efficient service. We've used them for 10 years to rent our property out and recommend them without any reservation. If there is a problem with the property, they contact us and have trades people that they can call on to go an repair any issues. This takes a lot of the hassle away for us. Great team!
