GoogleThe staff at Northern property were great to deal with when selling my house. They were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Jennifer my selling agent was also very friendly, professional and easy to get along with. Her knowledge and experience was very reassuring. I had used another established Estate Agent for many years, but wanted to try Northern Property as they were local to this area. As soon as I meet Jennifer, I was more than happy to use them. GoogleJust had a seamless and stress free experience with Jennifer from Northern Property. I was buying a property from one of her clients and Even though Jennifer wasn't my mortgage advisor I was able to call or email her anytime for help. She always got straight back to me and helped put my mind at ease or guide me in the right direction of things I needed answered. Even after the deal was done, I emailed and asked when I could get the sign taken down and she had someone out the next day. Overall a very efficient experience and I would actually use her myself the next time I move or need help with selling. I would strongly recommend her.

FacebookI DON'T RECOMMEND TO TENANTS. Very disappointed in Northern Property. Nice and available at the start but, in my experience, once you need repairs done in the house they stop replying and you have to chase them via emails and phone calls. I thought this was a serious estate agency but in my opinion it doesn't look after the tenant.

GoogleRead your contract before paying any deposit!! I am 7th month in my contract and it was terrible mistake that I made signing it with Northern Property. The house that I moved in has slugs in it, enormous amount. I informed them about in first weeks of my contract. They said they hired pest control (that always comes to the house when I am not there) and it's been 7 months and the slugs are still there. I am not talking about one slug on the floor found from time to time. I found them in the food left on the kitchen work tops on several occasions. My new couch in the living room has slugs’ trails under, it is disgusting. After I finish my contract, I am going to add the address to avoid this landlord. Landlord enters the house without giving any notice. I found out from agency that he entered the house on several nights to look for slugs, when I was away for two weeks and no one asked my permission. The dishwasher in a house wasn't working properly and they were coming every week trying new things and after few months they informed it is not possible to fix it but they won't replace it. I asked them to remove it so I can get my own dishwasher, they agreed but 2 months later the old dishwasher is still there. The contract protect landlord, it has 5 points (I am not over exaggerating) protecting tenants. There are 2 maintainance issues that are being solved for 7 months. I do not mention the attitude of the agents when you speak to them, this agency protect landlords, don't count on any help from their side. AVOID if you can!! The only positive experience with the Northern Property I had was at the viewing and that says enough. October 2018: I just signed a lease with those guys and I am really concerned if that was a good move. They are really unprofessional if it comes to important matters. I had to fill in an application and they made me do that in the open office talking about my personal data out loud when other people were making enquiries. I dealt with number of agents already and no one took ownership. No communication between them on top of that so had to tell a story from the beginning to each of them each time. I am really concerned if it was a good move... By now I am totally disappointed. Even tho it started really nice and proffesional on the property viewing. Think twice before you guys choose them.
