GoogleNicholas had have been great as an agent for us. He was cordial and did his best to make sure our stay was comfortable and in case we faced any issue, he was swift in response and addressed them on priority. In case of any building maintenance was planned, he let us knew in advance and was there to coordinate personally. It was great to have him around.

GoogleI am a landlord and have known Paul and Jonathon for many years and they have looked after my rental property for over 10 years. Both Paul and Jonathon are extremely professional and have dealt with any issues arising within the property promptly and successfully. Any tenants have been well vetted and I have had no issues within my property. This means that I never have any worries regarding the state and well-being of my property. I cannot recommend Nicholas Residential high enough.

GoogleI have been a tenant in a property that they manage for 2 years and i have never had any issues, they have always responded to emails or calls very quickly. They always give plenty of notice before carrying out inspections etc. i would have no hesitation in renting any other properties from them in the future.

One interaction to note that was helpful was when viewings were taking place, Nicholas Residential worked around our busy schedule and ensured we were not interrupted with viewings.
