We’ve rented a flat through Nicholas Residential for 2 years now and have had absolutely no issues at all! They were very helpful during our move in process and when we have had any questions they have been quick to respond. They always let us know with plenty of notice if anyone needed into the flat to check fire alarms etc or if people were coming to view the flat. Really great experience in comparison to other companies we’ve dealt with in the past!

I am very happy to have worked with Nicholas Residential in selling our house. We had a great overall experience and the level of professionalism was really high. Jonathan in particular was great to work with and his experience and knowledge are outstanding. He was very personable as well and really strong at communicating and answering any queries we had during the whole process. Overall feel that Nicholas Residential are a very trustworthy estate agent and we are really glad we chose them as they made the whole process as smooth as they possible could. Selling a house is a long process but they really stepped up in finding us a buyer very quickly and made sure to keep everyone up to date every step of the way.
