It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nicholas Residential and Jonathan in particular. Jonathan is the best estate agent I have ever worked with, I can easily say it as it was my third selling- purchasing move. From the start I was amazed by professionalism but also personalised service and approach what is just perfect combination. Photos taken and advertisement was at such a high level and standard. He was always happy to provide honest and professional advice. Nothing was ever a problem to Jonathan, good communication and just friendly approach and service. As I said to Jonathan, this is now my forever home. However, I can say that if I ever change my mind I definitely be back with Nicholas Residential.

Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Through the whole process his communication was seamless and he even helped me get things arranged for the buyers such as certificates and so on, as well as being the middle man to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to the legal stuff, I just couldn't believe how easy he made it compared to the last time I sold a house. I would highly recommend these guys, they are like the amazon of house sales in terms of the service they provide. Will deffo use again should I ever need to sell a house or rent!

I have used Nicholas Residentials to rent my property and found them professional at all times. Their electronic notification system for arranged viewings is a great means of communication. OK, how can I rate Nicholas Residentials services and Paul's customer care so that it actually justifies how excellent this company is. I was under enormous pressure to find a rental property for about 10 weeks. I had gone into as many agencies and was registered with all the big ones. I was only a name to them and when I sent a request to view a property I had found online, I would get an automated response to basically get rid of me without even checking who I am! A friend recommended Nicholas Residentials. What a difference!!! Paul was and still is my point of contact. He asked me what I was looking for, the areas and my budget. Within a few days he found us the most perfect property. He has been responsive and dedicated from day 1 until now that we have moved in. I cannot recommend them enough. For your peace of mind and to avoid the sleepless night I had before I met them, just get yourself registered with Nicolas Residentials if you are looking for a property. Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants.
