The worst residential agency I had. I had a very bad experience with you. The contract is not transparent. Lies and frauds everywhere when I doing business with you. The house was dirty and dusty when I and my wife moved in. The window is broken and nobody from this company would like to repair the window. They simply tell me: just don’t open the window. I’d like to give a zero star if google has a zero star. By the way, you are rude. You really should learn how to respect others.

A WARNING TO ALL WOULD BE TENANTS!! AVOID NATALIE CLARKE ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COST!! They gave us the worst experience ever, very Unprofessional, they claimed to be a boutique agency but far from it and has no regard for the welfare of their aplicants, staff (specifically Nathan Langton), is rude unprofessional, IRRESPONSIBLE with no good customer relations at all!... They charge us an exuberant fees(£50/each for me and my husband =£100), expected a smooth application as a tenant, once they got the monies, you're on your own, have to chase and call them for everything. They also let you sign a very thick contract that is anti-tenants and get you to pay more fees before you left the property. Told that we got the property(201 bradbury court), signed the contract last January 2018, didn't give us a COPY of the contract as they said its going to be sign by the landlord, remind Nathan about our request to the landlord (which I've mentioned to him initially before we paid the fees) which is my right as a tenant and waited. No word from them, phoned them several times but still no copy of the signed contract and they just give you false assurances. Five days before the move(March 1, 2018), still no signed contract, again been to the phone with Nathan, explaining that I need to have everything ready before we moved, I also enquire the manner of paying the rent to the landlord coz Its only now that I remember not signing any direct debit forms, I was told to sort it out myself, need to go back to their office to collect the form myself, got irritated because this should have been done initially. So, I told Nathan I would do & collect all the paper works when I get the keys but he shld make sure everything is ready as I will be busy with the move and have no time. And he answered cheekily that he will and that he's also Busy and Has No Time(paid you fees and you have no time for me). So, at this stage, I filed a letter of complaint to the owner herself Natalie Clarke hoping to speed things up and get a positive response. Next day at work, got a short text from Nathan that they forwarded my letter to the landlord (which is intended only for the agency) and stated that the landlord will not let the property to us anymore and also found out that they put up the property (201 bradbury court) as available for rent again that day and a viewing was arranged the next day(SUCH A SHORT NOTICE.. they should have told us earlier that we haven't got it and it wouldn't be a problem but they left it a few days before the move). Asked them to give me back the copy of my papers as I needed it for filing another application to other agency only to be told they've already shredded it. They put us in a very awkward situation, can't extend our stay in our present flat as new tenants are moving in soon. They didn't even offered an alternative or any help. They just said in the text that the SITUATION IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS. Unable to sleep due to worry and was stressed out, lost days of work AND income to sort out our situation. (They should have the decency to let us know initially if we had the property or not so that we can find another but they left it to the end). Couldn't get any flat available for immediate occupancy, sought help from the Housing executive, couldn't give me a temporary flat as we are working people. SO, THANKS FOR THE DISHONESTY AND INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY WE WILL PUT OUT IN THE STREET AND BE HOMELESS!! SO, for the information of the public and would be tenants. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TROUBLE. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE AND SHOULD BE STRIPPED OFF THEIR LICENCE TO OPERATE..THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST and MORE INTERESTED IN GAIN THAN PEOPLE. I also learned later on from customers reviews that other tenants also have same experience as mine. I'm not the only one they scammed.!! #. So, I'm sharing our experience as a warning to others so that they won't experience what we've been through. I also learned from other agencies that they do have a bad reputation. Just sad we fall victim to this kind of people.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Could not highly reccomend this company for anyone who is seeking a property. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go far and beyond to make the customer comfortable and safe. Any questions I had they responded back immediately and although the viewing was very popular with over 20 people there, Natalie's staff made sure from what I could see to attend to every person. The process of handing in the application was quick and swift and handled professionally. To conclude, if you want to find yourself a reasonably priced and good standard property in the city or out, go to Natalie Clarke, their down to earth approach made the process amazing. 10/10.

I had arranged a viewing in a building in City Centre today. When I went there, I was shocked to know that there were almost close to 20 other viewings arranged for the same apartment/same time. I couldn't even navigate within the house and the viewing was a total waste of time. Many others felt the same. When I rang the office and told them about this, the representative on the phone was really rude and told me "You can't tell me how to do our job" which is pure arrogance. This is totally an unprofessional service. Never would recommend them.

Selling your house is never a fun process, but with Natalie you are in very safe hands. We interviewed several estate agents and decided not to go with Natalie Clarke initially - this was a mistake. The agent we used over-valued our house and, after an initial few viewings, we had nothing for over a month. After reducing the price once on our agent's recommendation - producing no new viewings - we reduced it again, something buyers are almost certainly aware of. Natalie had noticed our struggles and contacted us, pointing out that she had sold the house up the road from us for its asking price within a week of taking over the listing. We switched later that day and never looked back. Natalie organised several viewings for the following week and within a month we'd accepted an offer. While this agency is not the largest in Belfast, what you know you'll get is a personal service, attentiveness and all the hard work necessary to sell your house for the best price possible. Natalie will be honest with you about the price you're likely to get and what you should accept. The personal service did not end with the acceptance of our offer. Because we needed to look for another home across the water, Natalie did everything possible to prevent the sale falling through, keeping the house on the market till proof of funds and a survey had gone through. She was always available on the phone to hurry matters along - chasing the buyer's solicitor when needed. This allowed us to complete our sale and purchase of a new property on the same day. Without having switched to this agency, we'd probably still be living in Belfast even though myself and my wife now work in England!
