Had two interactions with this agency, both as a potential buyer of a property. On the first one, we had entered the buying process and had agreed on a price; but this agent seemed intent on creating obstacles and point scoring rather than trying to make sure that the sale went through. It was genuinely exasperating. There was hassle and refusal to share information along the way that made me feel uneasy about the sale and this was a big part of why I withdrew my offer. The property was then re-listed (and presumably sold) 3-ish months later for £55K less than the price I had offered. The second interaction, this morning, was regarding viewing a property. I called last week and made an appointment to view a property this Thursday (today is Tuesday). This agent's office called during the work day to ask if I could move my appointment earlier to accommodate them. I told them I could and we agreed on the new appointment time. They then said that they'd be calling me again on the morning of the appointment (in two days time), presumably again during the work day, to confirm that I'd be going to the appointment that they had rescheduled. I asked not to receive this call, and was told this was not possible; so I cancelled the appointment. From a buyers point of view this agency has been very poor on how they handle potential customers; if I was trying to sell a place I'd avoid them like the plague.

Selling a beloved family home is so much more than a property transaction and from the moment I made an initial enquiry to the office at Natalie Clarke Residential, I felt the entire team recognised this aspect of the sale. Natalie herself is professional, personable and pro active and the rest of the team follow suit. Communication was maintained throughout a very protracted sale and Natalie kept the parties involved informed so that expectations were managed. When snags arose, she often had a solution but more importantly she had a calmness that was very reassuring. I can honestly say that she singlehandedly kept the deal on the table. She was juggling 3 parties and made it a very positive experience for everyone in the chain. I recommend her without reservation.

Natalie and team sold my house in 2019. They were fantastic. So efficient, professional, friendly and polished. From the moment I spoke with Natalie, I felt confident that NCR were the right estate agents. Everything was organised extremely quickly - day after I spoke with her and house was on market by the weekend with excellent photos etc. Natalie gave great advice about the sale price - there was plenty of interest quickly and house was sale agreed within a week or 2. Any delays beyond that were beyond their control and ultimately everything completed within a few months. I was very happy with the service and I’m sorry it has taken me this long to do a review! I arranged a viewing in a building located in the city centre. Totally wasted my time. There was one lady from Natalie Clark residential managing the viewing. However, she refused to answer any questions I had in this viewing, questions are really basic and simple as is it a central gas heating property or is it a double glazing window. The lady was rude, telling me I should find out by myself. When I ask something about details in contract. The lady told me that this apartment is not for somebody like me. The rudest. There was about 20 person in a 15 minutes viewing. You can’t even navigate yourself in the apartment. After I read other reviews, I find I am not the only one had bad experience with them. Avoid!
