GoogleUnbelievably amazing bunch of people from the initial phone call (got through to a girl called Clare) to the viewing, the gentleman taking us round the apartment was more than helpful, explained every detail and as we have had a bad experience with another local West Belfast agency, he put our minds at ease and demonstrated complete and utter professionalism and was so welcoming it was just a new world to us. The visit to the office was a pleasure for myself and my partner, the girls were quite fun to talk to and very chatty and welcoming, we didn't need to even ask most questions like the last place we used, they asked us what adjustments we would like. She was straight on to the owner of the apartment and got back to us extremely quickly to say he was happy with us. We're just waiting now to see if our application has been accepted but I can honestly say hands down this is the best estate agents in Belfast, definitely worth a first visit before going anywhere else as far as we're concerned. Thanks guys!! Update, We got the apartment! because of our initial experience with the last agency leaving us homeless, McGranaghan's staff made the process as quick as possible for us and we are delighted that they are rushing to help us settle in as soon as they can. Never been as happy as we are today.

Purchased our forever home in February and had a lot of difficulty with our own house sale, but Mark being forever helpful kept us positive and we were delighted when he handed us the keys today (19th August). GoogleAbsolutely shameful behaviour today. Sent a locksmith to change locks on a property, bereft of possessing a court order or even bothering to issue notice to quit they told the poor lock smith he was under some form of threat...Oblivious to Stormont's renters protection legislation, told ao many lies that a solicitor has had to seek an injunction. 'We stood away from the property months ago' really? Who sent the locksmith?NegativeQuality

GoogleWorst service I’ve ever used. Have bare/minimal details of their units. Never answer the phone. No interest in what they’re doing. Won’t deal with them again.

There are several reasons why you might not have obtained a reply: 1. The email address was not correct 2. Our firewall has stopped the email due to a virus attached 3. You have confused us with another estate agent 4. The email has gone straight to spam due to the contents Can we suggest, if the email was important it might have been easier to phoned T:90 30 90 30. GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Mark and the whole team. Never any issues throughout the whole buying process. From start to finish we were kept in the loop and never had any wool pulled over our eyes. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to sell or buy through them!

Pauline we do apologise but with over 260 houses, either for sale or in the completion pipe line.. it's possible your call could have been overlooked... however, we have checked our data base and we have no record of you contacting our company or viewing any of our properties. Is it possible you have confused us with another estate agent? Can we ask your good self... If we missed your call.....why did you not just phone us back? Again if we are at fault...we do apologise...
