GoogleIv just sold my property with McGranaghans and can not recommend them enough. Leah took care off everything and nothing was a problem for her she dosnt mess around very quick sale replyed to every email and phone call etc right away she never left you waiting and kept me up to date with everything that was happening on the buyers end. Even sent recommendations for excellent solicitors. Highly recommended Leah thanks again for all your hard work.

GoogleI can’t recommend Mark highly enough. I was new to both selling and buying a house and, being in the middle of a chain, there were definitely some stressful moments along the way. Although I wasn’t strictly Mark’s client, as I was buying a property through his agency rather than selling with them, he went above and beyond to help me throughout the whole process. I found him incredibly approachable, helpful and, importantly, straight to the point. He was always willing to explain what was happening, offer advice and help move things along where he could. His help actually made a huge difference with my own house sale as well, and made what was quite a stressful process much easier to navigate. I’m genuinely very grateful for all his help and would have no hesitation recommending McGranaghan Estate Agents.

GoogleI have to say Mark deserves a medal after the sale of our parents house! Neither my sister or I had ever handled an estate sale and it was definitely an eye opener and a lot more complicated than expected. When we thought one hurdle was sorted another one or more popped up! The sale was held up significantly by this but Mark went above and beyond for us with advice, assistance, liaising with the right people or helping us with contacts to get the sale completed. Even up to the day of completion Mark and the staff of McGranaghans helped us. It was an emotional rollercoaster selling our parents home and Mark and the staff handled it (and us) with care and compassion. Honestly if we could give Mark and McGranaghans a 100 stars we would!

GoogleMark was fantastic to deal with. I was a buyer and renter with mcgranaghans. Mark ensured the process was as smooth as possible always calling to give updates. He was a fantastic go between for me and our landlord at the time and he helped secure a rolling contract with our landlord to ensure I wasn't homeless whilst waiting for my house buy to go through. Pat was also generous and sent me part of my months rent back quickly after paying as I paid for a full month when I wouldn't be staying the entire month. She did this as she knew every penny counted when moving home. Overall as a buyer from them they were particularly helpful.

GoogleSold our house with McGranaghans and we cannot fault them. They’re a very fair, honest and hardworking company. We had our house valued, photographed an hour later and advertised the next day. Mcgranaghans’s were very good at organising group viewings or doing the viewings ourselves to work around our shift work. Our property sold for well above asking price which was great. We had quite a few delays (nothing to do with McGranaghans), but Mark was nothing but helpful. Mark went above and beyond to help both us and the purchaser of our house and was a real advocate for us, he did much more than I’ve ever heard or seen an estate agent do for a client. One thing to note about Mark is that he doesn’t beat around the bush, and if something needs done or isn’t done right, he’ll find a way to sort it. We really appreciated the no mucking about and honest approach and actually found it very reassuring and helpful. We can’t thank Mark and everyone at McGranaghans enough and now we’re in our dream home☺️

GoogleI couldn’t rate McGranaghans highly enough. They were brilliant from the very start of selling my home, professional, reassuring, and always keeping me fully informed. It was a real comfort knowing they were working hard on my behalf throughout the whole process. A special mention has to go to Mark, who was exceptional. His knowledge of the local market was second to none, and he was able to advise me on every matter along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his guidance made the entire experience so much easier. Highly recommend.

Mark was great in the early stages, and when Leah took over, she was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, always on the ball, and really went the extra mile to keep me updated and push the sale forward. Nothing was too much trouble. They even organised one of their trusted tradesmen to quickly fix a small door lock issue, which made things so much easier. Leah was so helpful and was always at hand to answer any of our questions and would get back to us quickly via email or over the phone. We were never left waiting for responses or updates which is really important for first time buyers and she helped move the sale along and get it closed after months of delays on the sellers end. GoogleI have been on the website recently after seeing a McGranaghan's For Sale at a few different properties. However none of the properties were listed on the site and after a few days I was finally able to access information on the houses via Property Pal. There is no information on their site, when a search fails, advising to try searching on Property Pal. I found it very odd that they would have a For Sale signing indicating they are the agent for the sale but then have nothing at about it on the website. Strange!
Karen, we thank you for your feedback however, we are perturbed by your review, especially when we have no record of you viewing any of our properties. Whilst we appreciate you have little knowledge how estate agents list properties, we will try and explain the due process to your good self. When an instruction is received from a client to proceed to market with the sale of their property, estate agents must comply with compulsory regulations. The for-sale board can be erected for parties to register their interest however; properties cannot fully come to the open market until the client agrees to the marketing terms under the Estate Agency Act 1979, The Misdescriptions Act 1991 or The money laundering Regulations 2007. Once the aforementioned has been completed AND ONLY THEN can we advertise properties on the property portals. We found it strange when your good self was searching for properties you could only find them on Property Pal. Property Pal & Property News take their feeds from our website. If a property is not on our website…It will not appear on any external portal. We hope you found the above helpful and it brings clarity to your query. In the interim, if you see a McGranaghan Estate Agents.com…. For Sale Board outside a property, rather than taking to the internet with speculative knowledge, send us an email or give us a call on 028 90 30 90 30…..one of our staff will be delighted to assist your good self.
