GoogleWe came back to Fetherstons because Will handled our last sale a number of years ago so impeccably, and once again he exceeded expectations. This time we also had the pleasure of working with Grainne, who was absolutely fabulous, … More

GoogleI have just completed a sale with Fetherstons. From the get go the whole team was so easy to deal with, very positive and understanding. Grainne Reihill who dealt with the sale was a joy to communicate with and always eager to keep things moving fast. If you are on the hunt for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent look no further you will be in safe hands with Fetherstons.

GoogleGoing through a sale with Jonny in the Lisburn Road office at the moment. Couldn’t recommend him and Feathersons enough, I was initially selling my property with another agent and had to switch due to lack of communication and effort, things couldn’t be more different with Jonny. First class service and always makes an effort to keep you upto date with everything. Top class.

GoogleA most professional and friendly house sale! Very prompt and efficient answering of all phone calls and queries. I would highly recommend using Featherston and Clemente Estate Agents. Grainne, at Lisburn Road branch, is definitely worthy of particular mention! So lovely to deal with.

GoogleI was a tenant of a property managed by Fetherstons for a year. I had an extremely smooth experience with great communication and maintenance of property. All the staff I have come in contact with are all so lovely and attentive. Would be very happy to rent or buy with this letting agent in the future. Thank you!!

GoogleThis has been the most stressful, longest transaction I think I’ve ever experienced when it comes to conveyancing. I was selling my house in NI, whilst already being back in England. However, Will from FC, was beyond amazing, and in my opinion, definitely went above and beyond what a typical estate agent would do. Cannot express my gratitude enough!

GoogleI rent a property managed by Fetherstons. I have had a few issues with the property recently but the team there were quick to reply and ensure someone was out to look at the problem as quickly as possible. Happy with the service!

GoogleApplied for a rental property via email. Two weeks passed without any word so I emailed enquiring as to the status of the applications. No response. Another week passed and I emailed the agent we were dealing with again. No response. Another week passed, I made two phonecalls and was promised that it would be looked in to and they would ring me back. Nearly another week passed and I found out via Property Pal that the house was Let Agreed, and the agent didn't care to tell us. Poor, shoddy, diabolical customer service, it's almost as if they don't want to rent out their properties.

GoogleAppalling. Over promised and under delivered. Lied to both me and my buyer throughout. Avoid.

GoogleNot the greatest communication from office. Issues with rental property not fixed in 12 month tenancy period after repeated requests. Very poor experience and lack of professionalism.
