GoogleThis Estate Agent is by far one of the top agencies in Belfast! They're highly professional, approachable, responsive and most importantly friendly. Since the beginning I have delt with many people from fetherstone Clements, all have excceded my expectations but Holly in particular stood out. Holly was always there whenever we needed something in regards to the property even if it didn't have to do with her department directly! Holly always went above and beyond to help whenever they can! Thanks Holly for the great experience and all the help, been a pleasure doing business with you!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleThey used the holding deposit fee as leverage to force me sign previously undisclosed contractual terms, and refused to pay me back when I didn't agree. Only after I contacted a lawyer they paid me back. Avoid them.
