GoogleWe have just completed a sale on our first home with Fetherstons. Grainne was an absolute pleasure to work with, so much so our solicitor commented on how friendly and helpful she was throughout the process. We would definitely use Fetherstons again to work with Grainne. She constantly kept us up to date and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Thanks a million!

GoogleA big big thank you to Will (and everyone else at Fetherstons) for helping to get the sale of our property completed and over the line. I hugely appreciated Will's diplomacy and tact in moving negotiations forwards when there were sticking points, and for his level headed advice. He provided us with regular updates on what was going on and felt like we were in safe hands. It’s been a while since I went through this process, and working alongside him made the whole thing much less stressful. It was a pleasure working with Fetherstons, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

GoogleUsed these estate agents to rent a house. Towards the end of our tenancy, our deposit transferred from Fetherston Clements to the landlord of the house who ended up cleaning us out of our deposit. No warning about the transfer. Never made any contact with us about anything during our tenancy.

GoogleRented a property through Fetherston Clements in November 2020, where I lived for 12 months. During the entire tenancy period the agency was extremely helpful and always quick to respond for whatever issue we had. I mainly dealt with Lucy Boles and Alexandra Young, who were both superb. I would definitely look for a property via them should I one day return on Belfast. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThey used the holding deposit fee as leverage to force me sign previously undisclosed contractual terms, and refused to pay me back when I didn't agree. Only after I contacted a lawyer they paid me back. Avoid them.
