GooglePurchased a property through Johnny in June. We didn’t think we could make the stamp duty holiday by the end of June but Johnny was on the ball and kept updating us several times a week, keeping the pressure on all parties and we were delighted to complete on the last day. Excellent service and we would highly recommend

GoogleI applied to rent an apartment through Fetherston Clements. They said they'd call me back in 2 days. A week passed and I didn't hear from them so I called them. They told me the landlord of the apartment was living abroad and that's why it was taking longer than necessary, and that they would call me when they know something. Another two weeks passed and I heard nothing from them, so I called them again. They told me they would call the landlord that same day and call me back with the news. They never called me again! It looked like they were mocking me! I obviously rented an apartment through another real state agent and will avoid Fetherston Clements in the future.

GoogleGoing through a sale with Jonny in the Lisburn Road office at the moment. Couldn’t recommend him and Feathersons enough, I was initially selling my property with another agent and had to switch due to lack of communication and effort, things couldn’t be more different with Jonny. First class service and always makes an effort to keep you upto date with everything. Top class.

GoogleCan't rate or recommend Fetherston Clements highly enough...but I'll try! Will Miscampbell in Fetherston Clements Lisburn Rd branch recently took charge of selling my house. He was excellent in every respect, the sort of person who goes more than the extra mile to provide perfect professional service every step of the way . He is always available during the whole process to inform, advise and reassure He is a pleasure to deal with, courteous and friendly, a perfect gentleman.I came into contact briefly with a couple of Will's colleagues in Lisburn Rd and they too were very helpful and nice. In a nutshell, I recommend FC Lisburn Rd without any reservations, thankyou to them and especially to Will , for making the sale of my house completely stress-free!

GoogleThis has been the most stressful, longest transaction I think I’ve ever experienced when it comes to conveyancing. I was selling my house in NI, whilst already being back in England. However, Will from FC, was beyond amazing, and in my opinion, definitely went above and beyond what a typical estate agent would do. Cannot express my gratitude enough!

GoogleApplied for a rental property via email. Two weeks passed without any word so I emailed enquiring as to the status of the applications. No response. Another week passed and I emailed the agent we were dealing with again. No response. Another week passed, I made two phonecalls and was promised that it would be looked in to and they would ring me back. Nearly another week passed and I found out via Property Pal that the house was Let Agreed, and the agent didn't care to tell us. Poor, shoddy, diabolical customer service, it's almost as if they don't want to rent out their properties.
