I strongly recommend CPS and in particular Aoidhan MC Guinness their mortgage adviser he is excellent. Extremely thorough when he was advising us of our different options and explaining the process. He made the whole process easy, very quick, and was always available to answer queries while finding us the best possible deal.

Terrific letting agency - great communication, professional and courteous staff, Daniel was very helpful and made the tenancy a very pleasant one. When a maintenance issue popped up, reporting it and having a repairman come and fix it took less than two hours from start to finish on a Sunday.
