Colm, it is disappointing that you felt the need to leave a 1* review simply because you did not meet the criteria to rent a property from us.

It is a pity that some people decide to leave 1* reviews without actually having the manners to comment. Clearly an anonymous malicious review.

It’s a shame you did not bother to leave a written review. Posting a 1star review without commenting on the reason for this review does nothing for anyone.

It’s a pity Mark did not write a review to explain why he has scored our service so low. We strive to address any issues our clients have but no opportunity to do this on this occasion
