Any issues tenants have had such as repairs or new items needed have been sorted out promptly and, from my point of view at a very competitive price. I rate this agency highly

GoogleRang to query about a property and before questions were finished we were rudely cut off with sharp 'Yep Yep Yep'. Very poor customer service.

GoogleDon't go there. Wher waiting for repairs at least 2 weeks. Left 3 weeks ago and still no Deposit back.
Saskia our Tenant is correct about repair. Landlord was dealing with this and even though we chased him up constantly, the he delayed having repair carried for too long. Regarding the deposit however, deductions had to be made due to the Tenant decorating in strong colours without permission and also cleaning was required. Some people think they can just ignore tenancy agreements and then complain when the property needs to be put right

Therefore we emailed you to confirm if you wished to proceed with the tenancy we needed you to reply and pay first months rent. We have an obligation to our landlord client also.
