GoogleI've had a fair number of landlords over the years and often it can be difficult to get stuff fixed/replaced or dealt with in a timely manner. However, my experience with Campbell & Co has generally been quite positive. Any issue I've emailed them about has been resolved very quickly. I can't comment on other people's experience, but mine has been generally quite positive.

GoogleHaving used Campbell and co for a number of years their efficiency and attention to detail is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are all about the detail. GoogleRented two properties from them over the years . First property was good but the second was very poor , everything was filthy and not maintained . Rubbish left from last tenants , stains on the walls not to mention holes in the walls ... seemed like they didnt care about the house at all .... poor poor poor !!!!!
The property was not filthy. As stated in the handover inventory/ condition report, had you raised any cleaning issues within 7 days of moving in, this would have been dealt with. You failed to mention to the good reading public that as the tenant you disposed of the landlords good quality double bed & mattress, you stripped wallpaper from hall, stairs, and landing and removed the stair carpet and this is how the property was left when you moved out. All without permission. It will cost over £650 to put right the actions you have taken in this property.

GoogleI recently finished a rental with Campbell’s and I was dealing with Katie. She was absolutely brilliant, no messing about and very professional. I am giving 4 stars because I had issues earlier with a different person, David, who was difficult to deal with. Friends of mine who rent with Campbell’s say they had the same issue; everything was great except for dealing with David. I would definitely recommend but just make sure you know who you will be dealing with!
