One of my worst experiences ever with any letting agency. I have not seen such an organisation where agents are so non-responsive either over phone call or via email. ==================== Added as reply to the owner's comments The agency finally decided to respond promptly. Albeit too little too late. Probably in future people should note - Google review works better than phone and email. I turned abusive to your staff?? That's laughable to say the least. One has to be very naive to believe I was abusive and you guys kept mum and endured all the atrocities I inflicted upon you. Way to play the victim card. Apparently I fled the country. My passport says differently! I will have to agree with you on one point. You cant stop lies being posted as defense now, when your high-handed attitude has been called out in the open! Take the feedback constructively, maybe it will do you some good! ==================== One of my worst experiences ever with any letting agency. I have not seen such an organisation where agents are so non-responsive either over phone call or via email. Issues would be notified and it would take months to be rectified (at times ignored, for them to be charged from the deposit). While I was yet to vacate the property, they conducted viewings without any notifications. They even opened fridge and wardrobe during the same. For the purpose of their advertisement, they insisted I move my stuff out of the property while I was still paying my rent. All this was while the entire world was under lockdown and government guidelines insisted to only travel when absolutely necessary. Unprofessional, rude, inhumane doesnt even begin to describe their conduct. Please be doubly sure when signing a contract with them, because there will most probably be very unreasonable clauses on it. Great service from Ampmni over the past year. Couldn't fault them in any way. They regularly check in to ensure everything is up to scratch and are there to help the tennants not just the landlord. I have always found David, Aaron and all the staff to be very helpful, professional and thinking ahead for both the purchaser and vendor. I have bought and sold houses through AMPM over the years and seem to be a few steps ahead of the solicitors and proactive to get the sale completed. They shoulder a lot of the anxiety when buying or selling your home. Thoroughly recommend.

Sad to say my experience with AMPM was soured at the very end. Some issues that had been there since before my tenancy began were then charged to me out of my deposit. AMPM provided photos of the condition of the apartment before I moved in but couldn’t confirm the date they were taken. I accepted responsibility for the more costly items that were accidentally damaged during my tenancy, yet still I was charged for trivial things that weren't my fault. £20 to rub a mark off a wall that was there before I moved in was the highlight. Initially I made the mistake of not finding time in a hectic week of moving house to remember to take photos of the condition I found the place in. A real shame to leave this review as other than my final dealing, every representative of the company (Darren, Gillian and Diane) I spoke to was helpful and courteous, as was my landlord. Unfortunately Aaron who handled my 'checkout' was rather blunt and unsympathetic especially considering the fact I had to leave my apartment due to damp and mould in the building that had caused me health issues and damaged my property. I was fairly compensated for the damaged property by the landlord but it was hardly an ideal situation. Be careful, if there is something wrong with your rental, no matter how small, make sure to remember to tell them right away, they will chase pennies.

Don’t for a min think your deposit is safe with AMPMni I clean a house top to bottom only a few ware and tire items left untouched in home (housing rights say they can’t charge for ware n tire ) but doesn’t stop them trying
