Staff extremely aggressive when requesting any assistance. Tend to bully younger tenants and tell direct lies. Totally unapproachable, I would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleTerribly incompetent estate agents. Poor admin, entered property without permission, lied about deposit deductions and dragged deposit return out for 6 months. Avoid!
Tenant broke lease when lied about having a cat. Lied about damages caused by cat and themselves. Then blames AMPMni. As all tenants know deposit deductions are handled by an independent body. Which means all deductions have to be proven yet tenants still claim they are unfair.

GoogleRENTERS BEWARE moved in to a property in East Belfast, realised after weeks that I was paying the debt of the previous tennant while topping up my electricity. Dog hairs all over my carpet which I cleaned on moving in, then when I moved out the agency had the cheek to charge me £130 for carpet cleaning. Absolute Disgrace, look elsewhere

After booking a viewing with them and mentioning numerous times time I’m relocating and that I’m coming from 70 miles away, my appointment got cancelled 1(one) hour before the actual viewing! Very unprofessional! Stay away and look somewhere else and save your time and money. I would give them no stars if possible!NegativeProfessionalism

Facebooki had a viewing in new apartments on church rd newtownbreda met gillian at 10am promptly she was very pleasant showed me all over the apartment and beautiful view over the golf course i have seen some bad reviews and cant understand i know how stressful moving can be but i felt very at ease and will certainly use ampm again
