Had a great experience with the whole team from start to finish. My partner and I sold our properties at the same time and I thought he got a better deal with Purple Bricks but I soon realised I was wrong. Manning Stainton assigned Joanne as a main point of contact to push the sale along and she did an amazing job at that. I’ve completed my sale whilst my partner has been dragged along as the support from Purple Bricks has been non existent (they get their money upfront and don’t seem to care afterwards). I would highly recommend Manning Stainton if you want a smooth, quick transaction whilst dealing with a really friendly and helpful team. Ivana in particular, she was always so happy to help with an infectious positive attitude, an amazing asset to the company! To the whole team at Manning Stainton, thanks a lot, you are incredible! Absolutley positive experience at Manning Staintons from searching their website, ringing to booking a viewing, the viewing itself then on to meeting Vicky Alexander our mortgage advisor at Manning Staintons office. She was so helpful explaining every step of the process. She listened and understood our needs. She secured our mortgage for us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We’re only a few weeks away from our new home, our new adventure. Many thanks Manning Stainton team especially Vicky Alexander for all your help and advice.

Very unprofessional. I was buying a house through them, and waiting on a query on the survey. They threatened to readvertise the property unless I signed an immediate exchange. Nobody would exchange when everything isn’t verified. They blamed it on the seller, but they should know better.

Ivona Stepanova was amazing. Dealt with an estate flat sale with sensitivity, class and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble. Great comms nearly every day by email. She went above and beyond and is the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. Highly Recommend.
