From the valuation to bringing us the keys to the new place Gareth was great. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter meeting quite a few estate agents, we met Gareth and knew this was the right way to go. Best decision we could have made! Between Gareth and Alex they’ve gone above and beyond at every turn. We’ve had a very complex move that’s taken 15 months from start to finish, none of which could’ve been avoided and in no way was down to these 2 superstars. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with a house move, went wrong. From a land registry issue to our vendor sadly passing and us losing our buyer. They still managed to quickly find us a replacement buyer, so technically sold our house twice! Both times at the price we were after. Alex especially has been a rock throughout this whole process and I can quite honestly say, our dream move would not have happened without these two dedicated and hard working people. Always at the end of a phone with calming advice and ready to help out with short notice viewings and step in and personally conduct the viewings when we had to re-sell a half boxed up house! We cannot recommend DPSH enough!

GoogleThis is the third time we have used Dan Pearce Sells Home, two sales and a purchase. The first two times he had not long started his business he was extremely professional, responsive and the customer service was excellent. I didnt think he could have improved on this. How wrong was I. With the increase in branches and staff the service has increased 10 fold. Gareth who was our EA throughout our latest sale was brilliant. Went the extra mile to sell our home, contact was kept at all times and through which ever media channel I chose.
