I have really enjoyed the service from start to finish from Morgan Estates. I received so much help and reassurance from Gareth Morgan the owner. He was available to me throughout the whole process, whether by phone, email or by my calling into the office to see him direct in person. All the staff are so warm, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Morgan Estates made my house sale so easy, enjoyable, I always felt totally relaxed and never stressed. It was a very easy transition for me, thanks to Gareth, julie and the other team member. I definitely chose the correct estate agents to advertise my property, to undertake the viewings, then to complete the sale with such precise accuracy, skill, expertise. MORGAN ESTATES, are easy to get to, easy to contact, they respond very quickly, they work very hard, are very fair on price and care about thier customers. I'm so glad that l decided not to go with any other Estate Agents. Morgan Estates are very close by, have easy access and have free parking available. I chose this estate agent as they made a good first impression at the valuation visit and offered a competitive price for their services. Throughout the process of selling, the communication about viewings, interests and offers were great. I decided to sell my house in June and contacted DPSH. Gareth was very prompt at organising a viewing and valuation and was extremely proactive with organising house viewings. I had 8 viewings in the first 7 days and these were all carried out by Gareth - even on Saturdays and Sundays. I would definitely recommend DPSH and would especially recommend Gareth!
