We purchased a property which was up for sale with reeds rain. They were very professional and couldn't do enough to help, We were kept up to date with the progress via an online portal. Karis within the branch would also call us weekly. If there were a any issues karis would resolve them straight away. We can't sing her praise enough, a real asset to reeds rain! Should we sell in the future reeds rain are the only estate agents we would consider.

Reeds Rains have been helping me to find tenants for my property for the last 4 years. Every step of the way, their professionalism, knowledge and processes have been outstanding. Whenever I have needed a new tenant they have gone above and beyond what I was expecting in relation to the service I paid for. Each tenant is fully vetted and every one has proved to be an excellent choice. It is always worrying when a new tenant is required, but their level of experience and the process that they have in place to find the perfect tenants has been outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help that they have given me over the last 4 years and would fully recommend their services to anyone seeking tenants for their property. I would particularly like to highlight Sarah Wisdom as the member of staff who has been my main contact - she always returns emails promptly and gives excellent advice regardless of the tenancy subject - a truly fabulous member of the Reeds Rains team and I cannot thank her enough.

Andy, Karis, Sarah and the rest of the team at Reeds Rains Bedworth are all very efficient and professional. They have recently handled a couple of property sales for us and we have found them all to be extremely helpful at all times and I would highly recommend using for any house sale or purchase you might be contemplating. They might not be the cheapest but in this case you definitely get what you pay for as i have experienced first hand with my purchase of another property the level of service you get from the cheaper agents.

A fabulous service throughout I know you pay more but the effort put in by the team makes you see what you are paying for. If you are lucky to have her involved I would like to publicly name Karis Griffith for her exemplory service throughout the whole process. Always on hand to answer questions and queries and that is true of all the staff there but Karis will keep you up to date all the way through and is a credit to the firm. I just want to say a massive thankyou to karris Griffith and Sarah Wisdom for the service they provided me. Being a first time buyer meant i had a lack of understanding in this field. They continously kept in contact and answered any and all of my questions. Despite recieving an awful service from another solicitors Karris and Sarah both helped me know what was needed next and exchanged communication between myself and the vender in order for to resolve my enquires, by the time my solicitors finally bothered, everything was ready for them. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains Bedworth. Andrew who did the valuation was relaxed and friendly and about as far away from a pushy estate agent as you could get, what's more his company and the team really did live up to his promises. Matthew, who did the viewing is a lovely friendly guy who I'm sure is able to quickly build up a rapport with just about anyone. Sarah, who I spoke to on a few occasions was always helpful. But without doubt Karis, who chased up on every query, gave the feedback on every viewing and is generally efficiency personified is absolutely fantastic. They have been worth every penny of their fee!

Specifically the Reeds Rains branch in St Helens.I can not recommend against using this company strongly enough. A continuous repetition of sales spiel backed up with nothing but hot air and hollow lies. DO NOT give them any money up front for "Enhanced Photography" as this serves no purpose whatsoever. DO NOT allow them to lie about the valuation of your property simply to prevent another agent from having it to sell.DO NOT expect a call back with updates.DO NOT expect them to proactively promote your property. DO NOT expect any accountability when errors occur and your requests continuously get ignored.DO not expect that your complaint will be taken seriously when you "elevate" it to the main office. DO NOT expect that staff are invested in your situation as they leave without even informing their colleagues. DO NOT expect any realistic action from this company. We would totally recommend this firm of estate agents. Professional and friendly they do a great job of selling the houses on their books and always kept us up to date whether we had viewings or not. Really came into their own after the sale was agreed liaising with others in our chain. Don't underestimate the work that has to be done, especially if you're considering a £500 flat rate company, these people have all the contacts to keep everything on track. Great job, many thanks!
